At Riverside, one of our richest traditions is our commitment to spreading the good news and the love of Jesus to people, both near and far. We are involved in various ministries of compassion here in the DFW area, Mexico, and Russia. Each year, we send out teams of people who dedicate several days to touching people’s lives with the grace and the mercy of Christ.
On September 18, a missionary team made up of volunteers, left for Volgograd Russia. John Cooke, Rick Ellis, David Gleason, Tom Kincannon, and Michael Odle returned to us on October 4, and spent that time connecting with University students in the area. Please join us in praying that God will continue to use their efforts as instruments of His peace and His Kingdom.
